Velsa is a new event-management product, built by Palladium Innovations — a small, focused technology firm with a track record in software that has to work and software that has to be secure.
Velsa is built and owned by Palladium Innovations, LLC. We're a small technology company with experience across federal software systems, secure cloud environments, and compliance-driven application engineering. Velsa is what happens when that engineering discipline gets aimed at a category that has been stuck on bloated, dated platforms for two decades.
The product covers the full operational surface a venue actually deals with: bookings and contracts, exhibitor and event-day operations, work orders and staffing, fund accounting, and the reports leadership needs to actually run the place. One system, instead of three or four integrated badly.
Palladium Innovations, LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business based in Northwest Florida. For years we've delivered software, cybersecurity, and cloud computing services to federal customers — including programs across the U.S. Department of Defense, with direct experience shipping under the DoD Risk Management Framework at Information Protection Levels 2 through 6.
Velsa is what happens when that same standard — rigorous engineering, real security, real compliance — gets pointed at the commercial event-venues market. If a system can satisfy a DoD security review, it can certainly satisfy a venue accounting audit.
If you'd like to know more about Velsa: hello@velsa.io. For Palladium's services offerings, the better address is sales@go-palladium.com.
You work directly with the people who build and secure Velsa — not an account-management layer, and not a tier-one support queue. At this scale, that means faster, better-informed answers than a vendor's front-line desk.
And there's no lock-in. The Community Edition is source-available, and your data exports in full at any time — so you can run Velsa yourself, audit it, or take your data and leave. We'd rather earn the relationship every year than hold it with a contract.
Velsa is live today as a public demo at demo.velsa.io. The eventual product shape is three offerings, each one a superset of the one inside it.
We're heads-down on the first complete demo. Public timelines come when they're real, not before.
Reach out if you operate a venue, if you're building something adjacent, or if you'd like to follow along.
