Engineering rigor, security, and customer outcomes — in that order. We're outsiders to the venue-management space and unapologetic about it. The asset we bring is software that actually works, not category expertise. When we hire, we hire on that axis.

Palladium is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, and we take that seriously. If you're a veteran with software, security, or operations experience, we'd particularly love to keep building that team.

• An engineer who cares about secure software, modern stacks, and shipping — not buzzwords.
• A customer-success or implementation person who can build real relationships with venue operators.
• A SOC 2 / PCI / FedRAMP compliance person who has shipped in regulated environments.
• A designer who can hold a brand together as it grows, with restraint.
• Something we haven't thought of, but you think we should have.
